Experience
Product Designer
As the founding designer, led the product design for the MVP of a series A startup. This 0>1 product is aimed at making go-to-market insights available seamlessly by building an end-to-end solution: from one-click Salesforce setup changes to viewing, storing, and transforming sales and marketing data into charts & dashboards.
Consistently elevated designs by soliciting feedback and conducting research sessions with peers, stakeholders, and design partners through formal reviews and presentations on a weekly cadence.
Held design and product jam internal exercises to goal-set and align the team on product strategy.
Created content strategy, brand elements, and marketing collateral from the ground up.
Product Designer
As Armada’s first product designer, I evaluated business and user goals via research, ideation, and testing.
Worked closely with the 2 founders to redesign the entire product to align with our new direction and vision. After the first 3 months, we shipped the MVP of the web app.
Product Designer
Conducted user interviews, synthesized insights, created low- to high-fidelity wireframes, mapped user flows, and iterated based on feedback gathered from facilitating concept and usability tests.
Evaluated business and user goals through research, ideation, and testing to create meaningful web and mobile interfaces for 2 early seed-stage Chicago startups.
Product Designer
Had full ownership and responsibility over the designs of many upcoming features, taking them from initial conceptualization to launch. Some notable projects I worked on were:
The desktop platform redesign, one of the design team’s biggest endeavors of 2018. I created hi-fidelity screens and wireframes while implementing the design system being established at the same time
The Zoom product content and copy guidelines, a standardized document of rules I advocated the need for. After identifying the gaps in the consistency of copy across all their products and receiving approval, I authored and executed on Zoom’s product content and copy guidelines.
